Does anyone know where to get this part for dwx-50? It is no longer manufactured. The machine has been refurbished and it would be a shame to throw them away now.

double check with a Roland reseller like whipmix....some of the parts for the 50 are the same as the 51 and 52.
for example, the spindle for the 51 is the same as the 52 which i just found out. so even though they arent "making" more spindles for the 51D i can still get one!

50s are gonna be tough to keep running at this point, they don't have much commonality with the 51s onwards wrt parts.
I recommend looking out for a second -50 for sale, even a broken one- you can cannibalize the old one to keep yours running, and you can get all these parts for real cheap if you find a machine someone's just looking to get rid of. We have two dwx-4s facing the same problem, and we might do the same there, part out one of them to keep the second in good working order.

i am actually considering selling my workhorse 51D currently for similar reasons. can still get some parts that are interchangeable with the 52s, so that helps

Is very difficult since there is no support, why you don’t try mill it in a cnc

the venn diagram of people who use roland to mill dental crowns vs the people who can draw their part and program a MAZAK or GROB mill to cut an industrial part is an overlap of like 6 people in the entire continental USA and Canada.
