Digital Dental Technician Supervisor
This position will be responsible for supervising our night shift (3:00pm-12:00am) team of dental technicians in the areas of metal finishing, Zirconia milling & shading, and the casting of dental restorations as offered by the Argen Digital Outsource Center. The ADOC is a core business unit within Argen that focuses on delivering high quality products to dental labs using digital workflow manufacturing. Our production environment includes many CAD/CAM technologies including Selective Laser Melting, 3D Printing, Scanners, and Mills.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Manage ADOC team of production and finishing technicians to achieve objectives for product quality, profitability, regulatory compliance, and customer support.
· Conduct process reviews and ensure the use of best practices within the team
· Serve as primary contact for QC related questions.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Three years leadership experience dental milling center or dental lab.
· Three years working knowledge of Digital CAD/CAM process and requirements for dental applications.
· Must be able to work nights (shift 3pm-12pm, subject to later )
