Designer crowns/ bruxzirs

Has anyone done a design on an all Zirconia crown? We are having issues with the stain wiping off after it is fired. Any ideas?

you mean you are having trouble staining your bruxzir?

would help yo know what brand of stain, what your firing parameters are, and whether or not you are firing pre-sintered or post.

Not to do a shameless post, but I highly recommend you try our new Contourz HD. This is an evolutionarily improvement over our prior Contourz full contour zirconia. The color is throughout yet it looks highly, highly translucent. Are you milling locally, or sending out scans or models to an outsource facility?

I think youre talking about a logo or mini art? You need to cover with a double coat of glaze.
