Ceramill Therm2

Has anyone had issues with Ceramill Therm2 furnaces not heating up. Recently we just came into an issue with ours. We switched the furnace off and then on again after coming into some un-sintered zirconia crowns and noticed that even though the target temperature rises the furnace itself doesn't get hot.
On the upper display is shows that the actual temperature is at 21 degrees, and the bottom display shows a continuously rising target-temperature. The indicator lamp stays on throughout the process. The LED for the program sequence is flashing, and the LED for the control system stays on.
Any ideas on what could be happen, all good or bad scenarios?

SOLVED: We noticed a ding in one of the heating elements. We ordered all 3 new heating elements and replaced all of them.
