Global Support Specialist - DT, CDT, Master CDT, or RT acceptable. My client is a global dental device manufacture. This is a full-time position located in Mahwah, NJ. It requires a unique skill set, so I thought I'd post it here and see what happens.
This position will provide help desk style technical support to the company's clients, including troubleshooting dental related hardware and software issues primarily through phone and email during normal business hours. Any issues not resolved at your level will be escalated to the next level of support.
My client wants a technician that also has a professional background in networking, computer troubleshooting/repair, computer programming, or network engineering. You should either have one or more certifications A+; MSCE, etc..., or have verifiable professional experience in an IT environment.
The company will consider candidates outside the local area; however, candidates must be willing to relocate without financial assistance (could be negotiable). Salary will be determined based on experience, but is maxed at 70k. Benefits effective 1st day, company pays 80% of health premiums, 401k vested from 1st day. 100% match on the 1st 4%.
