It works well for what you say you want to do and you can also download to Quickbooks if you also want bookkeeping

I used WinVoice of one issue or another for about 30 years. Great people and great technical backup.

I'm at about 13 years with Winvoice. Since the Jr version and Widows XP days.

We use Tap2Visit to make appointments with our clients. Best thing is that it's free and makes all the stuff paid apps do. I have it on my Nexus but there are other platforms available as well.
