Do you trust your printed model is accurate? If so, then I'd adjust your cement gap when you design your crown...the axial wall cement gap will really help.

Im guessing you havent changed design parameters and things have been going well, but the newest component is the printed model, yes?
Im just guessing that your scaling is off. In my mind, youll need a PVS stone model to cross check things.
