We use a couple methods of copy milling here at the lab but we don't have much luck with things such as screw retained bars/bridges. What are some of your favorite ways of copy milling intricate designs with implant interfacing?

We have the zirkonzahn zirkograph. It's fantastic.. comes with all the undercut tools you need to cut implants.

All we do is take the titanium insert and build your abutment/bridge whatever on top in composite and mill it. It's Very simple... i'm not sure what you are asking? Whats going wrong?

The zirkon zahn is nice, but we are simply working with the 3Shape system. The problem is duping the screw hole and the interface.

You need a scan abutment kit. Do you have one? Once you have that, then you need to enable the option to scan the implant locations n a waxup bridge in the scanit restoration settings. Tried that?
