It looks like harris makes differ size heating tips.

I am going to take my torch to the dealer and see if a harris tip will fit my setup.

7n tip size allows up to 30 psi oxygen levels, 9n allows 35psi and 10n is 40psi, and the 1390-h tip allows 50psi.

I was told to use the 1390-h if it matters. Fits the model 50, and it fits the model 16. Worked like a charm when new, and holds up well.

Lots of responses.

I just got home from golfing. I do know my oxygen is set at 10psi. I dont know what would happen at 30psi, at 10psi it gets loud. .

Get the 1390H. It's a multi orifice tip. Only tip I use for everything, just make the adjustment in ox pressure
(but I use Nat Gas /ox) crank the ox up for NP, at least 30.
I cast at 5 for FCC, 20 for Semi/HN.:flame:

I would recommend going to your local oxygen supplier and asking their advice. the places where they sell welding gear!
