Having some issues with the milling.
Even after keeping the occlusal offset 300micron it's having highpoints.
Can someone help me out on that please.

check your occlusion while you are in crown design. the first thing I check on every case is the occlusion. it usually needs a little adjusting to ensure that there is occlusal contact on the neighboring dentition to the restoration site. we also use 300 microns for our occlusal offset.

Could bt the Z axis is off, could be the bite was not scanned in right, meaning you used a RUBBER BAND instead of sticky waxing the bite or no wax and the bite shifted during the scan. Could be mill needs calibration. High designs after milling are not always a mill issue.

After applying your offset, try modifying the position of the opposing arch digitally to push through the working arch by whatever you want your offset to be, alot of times I find there are high spots even after an automated reduction

Was the z axis within spec or did it require a large compensation? The only thing it could be is the CAD design is off, but that is a large gap if its happening on every case..
