Burs for Metal

What type of burs are you guys using for metal and metal frameworks? Brand? Style?

carbides. you pick your manufacturer, but Brasseler and Komet have great burs.
you planning on using a HP or FG?
i have some favorites like H129UM, H138UM, and H139UM but there are so many to choose from for so many applications that it is difficult to narrow it down some without more info from you
