Anodizing Ti Pink?

So we ordered a kit from RioGrande and soon we can turn every abutment that leaves the house into a masterpiece.
But from what I have read, Pink seems to be difficult to achieve.
Why?

Surface preparation (ie etching and cleaning) is important to get the right pink...we only do gold (that's easy )...

Pink is a biatch . More of a purple .

Pink is a pain as thickness/density changes color produftion and pink has tje smallest window of possibility to start with.

Israeli Arms, the makers of the Desert Eagle handguns was making them in pink, but yeilds were too low and unpredicatable making them highly collectable now. With a gold lamme holster of course.
