Can anyone tell me step by step instructions for fabriating an all on 4 fixed hybrids?

I have never done this and would like to start doing it

Just went to the course yesterday. Here's the link to Russleville Dental Lab.

Their main tech, Joe Coursey, gave the lab side of the presentation. He has an overview of the process on his website and some good information on what NOT to do.

Call your Nobel rep, the class is definatly worth it. There are parts to this process that are unlike what you would expect and your side is leading the path on these restorations.
