Adding support bridges milling.

I just read an older post about someone asking if they shouls add support for 9 unit bridge and I was surprised to hear that you dont have too. I always did but would like to hear what other do.

I never have and fits are great, even on very large cases.
Slow sinter, single layer of 2mm beads.

no supports required. Use the smallest beads you can in very thin layer. This allows bridge to contract evenly without war-page.

Low and slow will work like MarkPeters said or support just to be safe. Here are some examples of ones i have done in the past, all seated 100%. 3 to 4 lingual sprues at 3mm each sprue.

Then i set in the oven like so.

Then when you get jittered while coloring the bridge and drop and break the support bar off.

You add some more time to the already long cycle, usually 10hr heat and 5 hr cooldown make it 14hr heat 5 hr cool. It drops right in like a glove.

So what ever tickles your pickle, I say. Just do NOT over sprue the lingual that will also cause pulling and breaking while sintering. Keep it simple/ Facial you can add more then have the cam cut most but at least 3 off.
