Can anyone help with converting shade 69 on Acrotone guide into Vita shade?

Which says it's a denture tooth shading system with a trademark filed with the U. S. in 1965 and it was renewed in 2007.

So it's really likely an analog for either NewHue or Bioform. But which? Either way is c2"-ish". But who wants that gamble...

I ended up going to the Dental Surgery to see the shade guide and compared it to the Vita guide! .. Was A3, I should have guessed! lol.
