when the doctor don't make emergence profile, how should I form the cervical with gingiva?

Remove pink tissue to match the other central...then tell Doc he may have to to do some tissue contouring during delivery because if you don't match those emergence profiles you're going to get blamed for how crappy it looks. Even if you have to create a ceramic ledge, that's fine...that's what they make waterpiks for.
