I use Argen, Core 3d (which used to be Weiland),a local lab and occasionally Custom Milling Center.

The Zr is Jensen XT and the porcelain is e.max Ceram layered with enamels only. I'm a one man lab, I do my own designing with Exocad but I outsource my milling.

Al said this thread is for sharing cases. This was an implant case where the patient wanted it to be like his teeth before he lost them, including diastemas. Solid Zirconia with minimally layered crowns and solid gingiva colored with Miyo Pink. I forgot to take pictures after the Ti bases...

Does anyone have the DOF UHD scanner and do the 5 megapixel cameras make a significant improvement in marginal fit or anything else?

The Corevent implants on the Whats This Implant website don't look anything like the one I have. Am I looking at the wrong ones?

How do you identify an implant when you only have an xray and a photo?

The Doctor isn't the one that placed this implant, he said the patient walked in with this and wanted to know if he could fix the crown. The doc said there is no screw channel in the implant and that the crown just snaps into it. He wants to know if I can make a new crown that won't wobble...

The Dr. says the crown w obbles around and wants to know if I can solve the problem. Any ideas?

Exocad: I designed a hybrid crown for Nobel Conical 3.5, but when I chose the size in the design process I chose 4.3. Can I simply change the size without losing the design or do I need to start over?

I think my ignorance is showing... What did you mean about the "Screw channel offset is mandatory to add to the angle corrected channel.

Exocad is able to change the angle of an implant screw channel. How much change can you do on a hybrid crown and still have the wrentch engage the screw properly for torquing?
