Hi all... What is the major strategy in building bleach shades using creation Zi-CT? Which dentin should i use for BL3 anterior crown? I couldn't find any info at internet.

The answer is: moisture problem. After changing liquid from dedicated to CC to universal liquid ML-H, I have to increase preheating time about 2 minutes. Problem occurred just after changing liquid to ML-H (on a first crown). Alloy, powders and even a hanky was the same.

So, I have overheated my NP alloy (Starbond CoS). Can I use this crucible further or should I take new one? This was my first induction cast and crucible made only one cast. At the bottom is about 3mm thick hard alloys shell which I cant remove. What do you thing guys?

Zirkon is Amman Girbach Ceramill Zolid. Maybe later i will post some pictures (fracture is visible only in right angle). I heard that Creation is tested on AG Zircon, so the CTE should be perfect matched.

Do You use ZI-F or Zi-CT? I use Zi-CT and have a problem with pink porcelain. Today my zirconia structure (two combined crowns on two hybrid abutments) broke after second bake. Maybe solution is to bake a crowns and after that build gingiva with ZI-F (lower temp)?

my suppliers says that Zublers oven don't need calibration, because temp shown on the screen is exactly the same as inside the oven. He also said that 920 degrees is correct high temp for first dentin. So now I'm confused about my temp's...
