Although we never want to get to this point, I'm sure you've crossed paths with a DDS or two ( hopefully not more) that you have to take to court because they just wont pay!
Question- I have my terms and conditions on the backside of my fee schedule, and although it states, paraphrasing here, that by sending work to me the account understands that they acknowledge the terms and conditions stated above, is that enough to ride in court? Do you have to have to have a signed agreement initially or just them sending in a case for the first time after receipt of the fee schedule, is that enough to hold up in court?
