You should not. That's the last day the maker expects it will work perfectly. It can be just fine, but how much work do you want to lose if it's not? How will you know if it didn't expand right or adhere to itself well enough until you've done it all?

I would use the investment if it has been kept according to instructions. On the other hand, I would hesitate to use the liquid past it's expiration date, or more specifically, I would use it expecting less than perfect results.
