Here is a test which Blender is actually calculating all the collisions between the surfaces of these two models. Right now it's just doing it as if I set one on top of the other and let gravity pull it. It's slow because of my screen capture software and this doesn't look like much at the moment but I was excited to get it to work so I figured I'd show you guys. You can see it even slides along the wear facet on the DB cusp of the 2nd molar around 0:38 in the video. Who said you need the 2010 update to do virtual articulation!
