Should have Pinik Zirconia/Opaqued metal running down to the end.

Maybe next time?

Find good milling center near you to work with?

Yup, Scott's right, your framework needs to support it if your going to hang it out like that. Did it really need to go out that far? Got a picture of it on the model?

No it doesn't need to hang that far. I had issues without support before so I thought I would have luck fusing a larger mass and carefully grinding it in. I would have loved some support but unfortunately this is a result of someone not following directions and me trying to fix something that must go. We will be using the pink porcelain but only cause the doctor is expecting it. We won't be able to close a food trap under the two implant abutments without support. We wouldn't be having an issue if the doctor had placed the implant abutments sub gingivaly. Were going to recommend milling zirc and maybe we can let the CADCAM adapt us some support to the tissue beautifully.
