Hello,
Since one week I have problem with my new bought printers 55s and 95s. When I print surgery guide or implant model with implant analog sockets (doesnt matter which printer) there is problem with edges there that instead of shapredges they are blured for example sleeve for implant guide should be ideal sharp hexagon after printing it is blured rounded "hexagon" and because of that I cannot put inside sleeve for guide. Same for implant model sockets for analogs are also not sharp.
Doesn't matter with program I use for surgical guide or model. I tested 3shape/exocad/realguide.
I print model on 50 microns. Guide also 50 microns.
Ofcourse Rayshape support does not exist I mentioned that problem week ago and no answer till today.
Any ideas?
