I attempted to cut short a sinter cycle just a bit on cooling...Mihm voght HT speed.

I shut it off, but the door didn't drop. is there a way to open it without running through a program?

Most likely turn it completely off, unplug. Wait 15 sec, plug in and turn on. A hard power cycle usually puts things aright.

I tried, but nope. No biggie. I just didn't want to have to stay so late. I can wait another hundred degrees.

Oh, I misunderstood. I thought you were at safe open temp after aborting a program. Whoops on me.

Yeah, there's maybe a setting you can twiddle to let you drop the stage before a certain temp, but there's some limits to how soon it'll drop.
