To those of you using vasco 7000... I'd love to hear your experiences with this product. How's the tool life? Are you cutting zirconia on the same machine as well as glass? Does it clean out well?

Thanks in advance

??

Soon I will be trying a generic version of eMax with Vasco (dunno the number) coolant/lube.

I am curious also.

What does your instinct tell you to do? It is not the same as metal I guess?

I think Volume is key, and not so much the coolant in this situation.

??

I use Vasco for Titanium, just because the experts tell me to. LOL

Never tried anything else. Aerospace and Medical use Vasco for cutting Ti, that's all they tell me.

For Glass.....??

I'm using Synergy 915 right now, but the tackifiers are a pain to clean out when cutting Zr. The other trouble is 915 is not allowed in N.A.

I was talking to the sales rep for Triumph Tools and he said some guys with DMG machines are using it in the dental industry... so here I am, trying to find them.

Well, I just got the msds sheet for vasco 7000 and synergy 915. The 915 specifically says it can cut ceramics while the 7000 is metal....

I'm not sure I'm willing to take a chance on burning through another $100 diamond to find out of it works or not.

Only $100 to learn something?

Man, you are a cheap bastard! LOL

I waste $100k playing and learning each year.

At least that much!
