Looks good to me Bob, what scanner did these come from? Dr of 3shape scanner? I don't see what your talking about though.

these look like Planscan files. this is normal. nothing is wrong. you can trim the excess data in the very first stage of dental designer if you import the scans as Digital Impressions instead of Models. if you do this your option to make 3d printable models opens up in the order menu.

Open the scanning software by itself and try checking the settings of the scan quality and if it is optimized for speed or accuracy. it might help

Doesn't it look as though this patient/mutant was born with centrals, laterals, missing cuspids and possibly as many as 8 bicuspids,...assuming the upper arch was symmetrical,.... and why wouldn't you,....oh my God,...it's a Chupacabra!!!!!!!
