Snap on Smile/Diagnostic

SO I'm wanting to do some snap on smile cases with 3shape. I've been trying to get past the scanning portion without things freezing on me. Once I do, the software seems to demand that the unprepped and scanned model be virtually prepped. How do I get it to stop doing that?

just say you are already scanning a prepped model - unsectioned prepped model.

the sad part is i had the same thoughts you had LOL - so i totally facepalmed myself too lol

How does the design work with these cases? Does undercut removal work, so the appliance fits? Does anyone have any screenshots of the final result?
