Lets make this space a place to show your Full Arch Zirconia. Veneered, stained or combined doesn't matter. List the veneering and stain/glaze material used. Since its geared at Implant supported restorations please list the implant platform used. And your sexy shots, facial, lingual, buccals, occlusal and intaglio. So here we go, starting off.

Thank You ceram1,; Thank you,,,Yes and no John, handling is easier both for me and the doc, but I feel the esthetics was compromised. Patient loved it though, he wanted it in two pieces. It's split 4 and 3, doc wanted to put another implant for better support 4 and 4, but patient was compromised.

I've been turning these big full arch screw retained cases down. Sent 3 back.
Even at 7 to 10 grand they are my least profitable and highest risk cases.
The stress alone will grey your hair early.

I want to do one for the chalenge , but for sure I can't charge what I want for them . I can't charge even 4k for it . If someone asks for something like that , I might tell him to make a full arch with BioHPP frame .

@ Al. and John, I can't agree more. These types of cases are very stressful, and there is a lot of time involved. Now factor in the risk and liability you take once they're completed, you married to them and that can be a good thing or a bad thing. With success comes confidence and you build from there. Learned a few things along the way and still learning as I go. Following an established protocol certainly helps and that means you have to be in the driver seat, you just can't totally relinquish responsibilities....too much is at risk.
BTW, I like Al.s high end figure of 10K, at least that would cover some losses if things go south.
