Sending file to Straumann from 3shape

Hi,All

I have a problem when I send a file to straumann.
While uploading the file, it has issue of timeout.
I can't send file only to straumann.
I asked supplier of 3shape and straumann about this issue.
But they both couldn't figure out.

Please give me an advise if you know something.

What version of 3shape are you running? Also have you sent files to Straumann prior to this?

My scanner is D710 2.9.9.5. It's s latest one.
Actually, I got a solution about this problem.
Straumann asked 3shape to help us.
They just increased sending time in the program.
Maybe our internet speed is slow.

we had the same problem, our internet upload speed was too slow.
Got an internet upgrade and the problem went away.
