This month was a record for Mono-Zi screw retained units we are averaging 6 a day. Today we exceeded that in the first disk :)

You mean my patented hodge podge do not care if I waste ZI pattern? LOL

There is rhyme to my reason, how would you have nested it?

I would have done a pyramid in one quarter of the blank.

Are those requests from prosthodontists who are finally willing to abandon ti or gold and trying
out the new material?

Well I do have a few Pros that are old school Misch. You know the ones that will not do anything but over engineer the hell out of implant restorations. One old school guy did one this last week after I had a convo with him. I got a call the next day with very nice words coming from this old curmudgeon, I then asked him if he was looking at the bill and comparing it to the last high-noble IMP. SRC and that's why he was all smiles this am. He seemed to find that rather amusing.

Hey, that old curumdgeon could be me! :)
Oh, and I over-engineer all the time too! You should see my wax up for my hybrids!
I still use HN alloy, and recommend metal occlusal on my molar and even premolar
implant crowns. My Nobel Titanium bars still cost me about $1200 from the lab/milling
center, not including the temp posts that I have to order to make my wax up.
Yes, I should go to the other side . . . my accountant would sleep better.
