To general of a question.......What do you charge for a pfm?
including alloy price.....
What type of alloy used NP, N, HN
Some labs are charging slightly less to turn pfm's into emax.
Some labs charge much more than a pfm to match the older price of empress, with empress prices being about the same of Lava.
The equipment for pressing and training is expensive, the materials aren't cheap, but the labor can be less...... Prices are based on your level of quality and maybe your competition.

Thanks for the answer. In Bulgaria price for All Ceramic Press e.Max is $165-170.With ZrO basis price $205-220.What is the price in you for metal-ceramic crown with NP(Cr-Co) metal? These crowns cost between $40-60 at us.

In Aus i charge $344.00 for a full contour Emax and $365 for a layered
