This case was finished on July 20 , it took about 2 months and is the first case that I made for a new client dentist.

If you splint implant units together use non indexed UCLA's. Otherwise nice work.

The fact is that non hexed uclas usually rotate when milling (before casting) in my smalll experience , so first i use hexed uclas , and after casting the bar , whit a 36 carbide bur the hex is removed so a perfct circle is made, and then tehre is non hexed connection, making a passive bar over the implants.
