Nobel Biocare 3.0

I have a Nobel Biocare Conical Connection 3.0 implant case that needs a custom abutment. It is for tooth #8 and the patient is a dentists wife. He asked for a zirconia abutment but I know that would not be possible so it will have to be TI.
Does anyone here offer this service or knows of a lab I could contact?

Another alternative. Ti abutment with an Emax coping bonded. Then a ZR crown over top of that.

I have used Laboratory Solutions many times with great success. though there are many options of labs out there.
