It is time for me to get a new electric waxer.
Anyone have a favorite?
I am also looking at the DVA wax pen, anybody use one or know some one who is?
Thanks for any input.

I have used an Almore mini waxer for years. Bullet proof. I use Kerr Lab waxing spatulas with it.

Vaniman works great for me. Has 4 presets that you set, easy to go from buildup to margins.

Al,
They have a special on Kerr waxers right now. You can get one for 249$ with the return of a old one. We have coupons, I sure your rep. would give you the same deal. As far as the wax pen, it works very well when it works. The biggest problem is with the tip plugging up. We had issues getting the rods to load it and the customer support was not up to par for the price. We had tried to buy one for over a year and they could not fill our order. I primarily used it for filling up occlusal forms and then bulk waxing in the buccal and lingual. Works well as I said, when it wasn't plugged.

Dentaurum "THERMOMAT" we have several, on time 24/7, years old still going strong. Small and easy to use.
