NADL Department Manager Training Program Survey
The National Association of Dental Laboratories (NADL) is researching the feasibility of establishing a training program for technicians who have recently been promoted to a supervisory position along with current department managers. It has long been our industry’s practice to promote our best technicians to become department managers, although in many cases, such individuals do not have a business management education or experiential background.
The NADL is conducting a nationwide survey about the potential for this program and wants your input. This survey will take approximately 3 - 5 minutes to complete.
Due to the nature of this survey, it is requested that either a dental laboratory owner or general manager answer the survey.
Please take a moment today and complete the NADL Department Manager Training Program Survey and help shape the future of this NADL program. Feel free to share this survey with others in the dental laboratory technology profession. It should take approximately 3 - 5 minutes to complete and your feedback is important to us.
