Well it looks like one of my accounts has fallen in love with these little thin short nub implants. Any great ideas on how to make a reliable model that wont break very easily.

If the Dr. preps the abutment use epoxy otherwise buy extra implants and use them like a analog. Maybe they will sell you the ones that did not pass QC cheaper.

How about impression scanning with a printed model?
