This is my first experience with the Medentika implant blanks off of the Zubler DC5. Dead on! My buddy Matt Barrett did these at Axis Milling center in Lagrange Ga

Why is he milling Ti blanks? I thought that machine could mill Ti abutments from raw stock?

I think it's the FDA thing. The blanks are already good to go. Milling from a puck would require FDA certification via the lab.

Nicely is correct. As I understand it, if you mill from the puck the laboratory must have FDA Certification, which requires lots of time and money. This is unattractive for most, if not all labs. The Medintika solution is FDA approved, and very versatile. It compliments the system nicely and will be an abundant solution for any laboratory.
