Hi all,
I have to make a Radica crown on a printed ( Intech) model. Any suggestions how this should be done? I am afraid it will not come apart and also distorts when heated in the light cure unit.

Try rubber sep or even denture separator . Acrylic won't stick with sep.

Thanks, but how do I deal with the heat in the curing unit? It gets quite hot in the Enterra unit and as far as I know the printed models are made from a material that is heated to melt and then built up with a nozzle. If I expose the model to heat, will it melt or deform? Correct me when I am wrong.

I don't know much about the Enterra unit however light curing alone won't heat the model.
Why can't you remove the restoration after light curing ?
