M1 milling issue

I have 2 Zirkonzahn M1 milling machines. Currently both have the same problem. Once the milling is finished all my restorations have lines on the sides of the crown. Is this an axis problem. Calibrated,changed burrs etc. No luck so far. Any idea the problem?

Is it a single area that goes around the crowns hemisphere? Or multiple lines?

Run out of the spindle could explain it.. one of a few possibilities

how old is the machine and have you contacted ZZ support also some pictures will help
