Keysplint soft

Any thoughts on how long a 3d splint should be under warrenty? Whats the minimum thickness keysplint soft can be made?

Absolute minimum is 1.5mm, as for warranty, we have been communicating with proper care it should last at least 2 yrs. (keysplint specifically)
