do you have an impression transfer or any other part you can fit into it to see what it might be. It looks like an internal hex but it also looks like it has a polished collar. Any other info you can tell us? If you have caliber the hex diameter for a zimmer/biohorizons and a "3.5" platform is going to be 2.1mm.

I attached our measurements of our compatible Zimmer/BioHorizons/Legacy/Internal hex components and Nobel Active assuming this is a hex connection
for clarification the 3.5/4.5 is a 2.42 hex and the 5.7 is a 3.05 for Zimmer/BioHorizons/Legacy/Internal hex

the only other hex that I have measurements for is the nobel active hex which is 2.25 for NP and 2.65 for RP but the body of the implant does not look like a Nobel Active however Implant Directs reactive has more of a zimmer body so it could possibly be this but question that reasoning since it does not have a polished collar at the top of the implant.
