He actually came to our lab to make sure everything was good to go, verify what we were getting back from the various milling centers was spot on.

Sadly Chris Brown is no longer with Axsys, I know because I've been going through a lot of back and forth between exocad support and Axsys and they're having a real problem fulfilling their support packages I would not recommend Axsys at this point until they get their act together. Any other vendors you recommend for exo support?
