I just bought a used Orion Dental Welder that is similar to an Orion 150i. I use Argen 54b, a palladium silver alloy for my implant restorations. I want to use this in place of soldering the crowns together. Any guidance with settings, materials, as well as how to best transfer from the mouth to the lab.

What exactly are you doing? Are you doing this analog? Are you soldering PFM copings together and placing it on two implants for splinting?

Call sunstone welders, they will have all the answers you need for the orion. I would say buy compatible wire then go to town.

You don't solder with that machine. You need to use the compatible filler wire to weld to the parent metal.
Solder, electric solder, brazing metal will not work with this machine..
