Full arch screw retained FCZ bridge

I am starting on a full arch screw retained FCZ bridge. Looking for recommendations on who to have mill this. It will be a copy mill of the pattern I will be creating. What costs am I looking at and what should I charge. Thanks in advance.

If you choose to cement ti bases to the zirconia framework we charge $39 for the non engaging ti base or ti base for multiunit and includes the screw and wax up sleeve....so that is one part of the entire picture...www.dess-usa.comc
