I was at old Jim Glidewells facility about a month ago and they have a furnace that will fire a FCZ in 12 seconds with plasma, not even joking.

Hey Tyler, what other secrets are you keeping from us...

a 12 sec sinter would be nutz!!! An easy way to see a zr coping explode!

"You would have to send out a regular fired coping and a fast fired one to the mfg of your ZR you use to have them strength test it"

if its a reputable zr manufacturer, they already have this data, including the changes it makes to other properties.

if not, then walk away and use a different brand.

the plasma tech is a completely different ballgame, dont think we can really compare it to conventional sintering until we have more info on that technology.

So what? somebody use any microvave or something else for fast sintering ? maybe from zirkonzahn or...

by the way, for fast sintering (uo to 70 deg ramp) we use special tray that consist of two parts: plate and walls separately

What is the Blue material?

Contains Cobalt? Trying to get a Blue color?

I have used Cobalt in my furnace as a stain playing around.

Blue-tooth technology!

It melted and make nice colors! Just like I thought it would.

You got BIG balls!

Yellow stain is actually Daschund Urine.

We use it also.
