Is there a brand name for epoxy die material?

Is there a brand name for epoxy die material?

We use epoxy die mainly for implant Cases.

What brand to you use?!

Read the entire posts! Lots of good info. I didn't buy the centrifuge but do heat the epoxy accelerator up before mixing. Unfortunately this heating causes the mixed epoxy to start to set sooner so that it's harder to pour into those tiny spaces. (maybe I will try heating up the base, not the accelerator in the future!) Anyway, I do the best I can pouring slowly the thick epoxy into the impression and when finished I then place the impression (full of the epoxy) into a pressure pot and fill it with air at 30 PSI and leave it there for 2 hours until the epoxy has set. But frankly, we have stopped using the epoxy because of the mess.

We put our epoxy in hot water before we mix this helps to loosen it up a little. Also another tip is when pouring get the smallest stream of material out of the container that you can this will take care of a lot of the bubbles that are in the mix. And allways vibrate.
