emax pressing splitting

Hi, I have been having problems with my emax pressings splitting. I am using the pro press 100 and most(98%) have been pressing fine for a long time now, but lately every once in a while the ring is split when it comes down from the oven. It always has to be one that is short on time, too. Right? If anyone else has been having this problem please let me know. Any remedies? Thanks!!

we got rid of all our pro press 100's because of this same issue, No explanation why they would crack rings every now and again.

What investment are you using? Speed or Overnight burnout? We use speed and increased our In ring setting time by 1 min and our bench setting time by 2 mins. e a big difference.

Had the same problem on 200gram rings (not 100 gram),switched to Ivoclar's PressVest investment on 200 gram rings and never had the problem again. I would mention, keep whatever your pressing tight to the center and sprue accordingly. Hope that helps.
