I don't know whether to laugh manically or groan with exasperation. And to top it off, our local community has knife wielding clowns running around. Really. IS this an SNL skit?

This Ebola virus (disease???) is a perfect ending to a perfectly awful last 7 years of recession/depression. Did God break his mirror?

Behold, a pale horse.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

And yet there is more. The book by Milton William Cooper (Former U.S. Naval Intelligence Briefing Team Member),may be put on my reading list. I am incapable of Faith or belief in conspiracy; but all this stuff is just plain old WEIRD.

We joke about Area 51..but I digress. I have to laugh about the 'grooming' comment Hopefully this plucked chicken look is about to trend out.

Nice knowin ya User, big brother is on the way to your place by now im sure!

Ive been thinking a lot lately about how deep into the wilderness you would have to get until humanity doesnt exist to you anymore. Not that I loathe humanity, but reality is escapable.. I am sure there are off grid people living around here that never got the news of 9/11 and the days pass by just like they always have for centuries.

Well we're like ebola central over here now... All ebola 24/7 on every news station. The thing is that once ebola gets into the "wild" there's no going back. Animals can catch this and spread it, I'm not sure if mosquitoes can carry it but it doesn't take much of a leap to think they could.
Oh well life goes on.

Hollywood brain washing machine, the real problem with media it is destroying the logical thinking processor,
so it is permanently damaged.
and the man then is ready to eat any trash offered by any TV channel without thinking.

OMG Mohammad, we aren't going to go down this road are we? Not all Americans are "brainwashed" some have minds of their own, if you want to hide and say ebola isn't real then be my guest.

ebola and vampires are not the problem, the way the media deal with it and the reaction of the public is the real problem.

You have my sympathy Flippercentral. With the HIV epidemic, the thought of mosquitos could be reasoned with but not entirely silenced. My understanding of Ebola is that it is waaaaaaaay more contagious. I have not heard any disclaimers that it is not air born like a flu. At least with Aides you didn't have to worry about being on the bus with an infected person.

AIDS changed dentistry. Gone were the days of doctors/assistants not wearing gloves to treat patients, infection control became first on the minds of all of us. I think ebola will sneak up on us, there will be a few cases here and there, but I think it will get into the wildlife and become a much more common disease in the years to come. There isn't just putting on gloves and a mask, you have to wear the full hazmat suit and burn all the patients things, their pets can get ebola and never show symptoms yet they can pass on the virus. That deer you hunt may have ebola, which can be passed onto you. Being in the medical or dental field may become very interesting soon.

the story simply is like this: ebola have been discovered long years ago and every year there were a victims of ebola in Africa,
so African and western governments( may be) agreed to sterilize every person, animal, and goods leave Africa to the west, unfortunately (another may be here) one little African dragon has passed without sterilizing action and cause all that mess.
a logical thinker may ask why now ebola decide to attack America?
a logical thinker may conclude that ebola may exist long time ago before discovery even in America.
and so on.
the final (may be) there is no place for a logical thinker in this madness after all.

Ok, now it seems like the individual was mistaken when he said he had been around a family member that was ill and had recently been to Africa.....

Now, he says he was just talking to them on the phone. They are saying they think he has the flu.

Its easy to fall in the trap of doom-porn, conspiracy, the sky is falling...etc, but seriously,
What the hell is going on?!
These are indeed some interesting times we're living in. Ever since the magic bullet in Dallas and NASA covering up evidence in photos, it seems that we are living in one big SNL skit. Enough already! ...and these damn machines that grind out crowns without a coffee break or b!tching about their tough life...its like I woke up in some cyborg/contagion/who done it movie. With halloween coming up, would you even know if its trick or treaters or some slenderman/ conjuring/ blackeyed kids/ demonic zombie at the door?

Ive had enough. I just want to light my barbeque, crack open something cold and snuggle up to something warm and fuzzy. Thats right ladies...stop it with the damn razors already!

Lets just hope ebola doesnt like the flavour of my flesh. Smoke em if you got em. Peace out.

Damn, a great rant like that I have to give shout out too...I'm going to have to add you to my "beer bucket list" (A list of folks I want to drink a beer with before I take that eternal dirt nap).
