And you would consider China sourced products with so much uncertainty over their support of Russia and the ongoing Tawain dispute?

Sanctions will make those products a little tough to get.

"And, if you order before midnight tonight, we'll even throw in a set of Ginsu knives."

Drive me nuts when I shop for a hotel room or airline ticket and it says only two left at this rate and when you get tired and come back to find rates are more expensive

And we still don't want to fully admit the Covid virus came from China. So says the Communist News Network. Let's not get people all riled up against one of our greatest exporters of American goods.

Nope, there can't be any correlation here:
CNN has previously reported that the Chinese CDC lab in Wuhan was researching coronaviruses and bats, but it is unclear how closely related the variants being studied there were to SARS-CoV-2, the strain of the virus which spread around the world in 2020.

Did ask my "trusty" AI friend and this is what I got:

This marketing technique is called "dynamic pricing" or "price discrimination." It is a strategy used by online retailers to adjust the price of a product or service based on various factors such as supply and demand, user location, user behavior, and time of day. When the demand for a particular product or service increases, the price is raised to reflect the increased demand, and when the demand decreases, the price is lowered accordingly. The goal of dynamic pricing is to optimize profits by charging customers the highest price they are willing to pay for a product or service while still making a sale. The messages that say there are only a few items left are called "scarcity tactics" or "urgency marketing."

Here are some tips to counteract dynamic pricing and make sure you get the best deal when shopping online:

  1. Clear your browsing history and cookies: Dynamic pricing uses cookies to track your online behavior and adjust prices accordingly. Clearing your browsing history and cookies can prevent websites from tracking your behavior and showing you higher prices.
  2. Use incognito mode: Incognito mode or private browsing can also help prevent websites from tracking your online behavior and showing you higher prices.
  3. Shop around: Don't settle for the first price you see. Shop around on different websites to compare prices and find the best deal.
  4. Use price-tracking tools: Price-tracking tools such as CamelCamelCamel or Honey can help you track price changes on specific products and alert you when the price drops.
  5. Book early: Booking early can often save you money as prices tend to increase as the departure date approaches.
  6. Book during off-peak times: Booking during off-peak times such as weekdays or during non-holiday periods can often save you money as prices tend to be lower.
  7. Use discount codes and coupons: Before making a purchase, check for discount codes or coupons that can save you money on your purchase.
By following these tips, you can increase your chances of getting the best deal and counteracting dynamic pricing when shopping online.

Not bad, eh?

Axsys is partnering with Dentbird.com to provide an AI browser based, software-as-a-service, per-case fee'd, CAD tool that will be free for all users until May (as long as you sign up through Axsysdental.com and not at dentbird.com) whereupon there will be a software update in May that will release the design of Anteriors as well as posteriors as well as copy design.

i will have another update for you about this in Q3 2023 as well.

You can get phenomenal value through imported machine tools, you just need to know how to service and support your own machine. Not practical for most dental users. You also need to be prioritizing that value over more downtime and more mucking-about time, which is also rarely a smart move, business-wise. People who do CNC milling as a hobby or do occasional jobs overwhelmingly start with Chinese import mills and then do a bunch of work to make them more accurate and consistent, and you can end up with a very capable machine for cheap... but it stops making sense if your uptime and productivity is what keeps the lights on.
