Has anyone dealt with Apha bio internal hex? Can it be crossed referenced with another system? Client has a patient who needs one that needs a new crown. Problem with the abutment is that it is to far sub g to capture margin correctly.

See about getting the abutment and scanning it then adding as an extra die scan. Make a mark on the occlusal surface as a reference/matching spot.
Then do the crown model less or print model. This may solve the current problem and cause another..
